Pickfords Retirement Properties is a small independent Reigate based company specialising in the sale and resale of retirement homes in Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Dorking, Leatherhead, Tadworth, Banstead, Epsom, Caterham and surrounding areas.

We have a wealth of relevant experience and are always pleased to offer the benefit of our knowledge to both customers and clients. Our portfolio of properties is extensive and includes Apartments, Bungalows, Cottages, Houses and Maisonettes, some of which include ‘Assisted Living’.

We regularly monitor and progress all sales to exchange of contracts and ultimately completion. We carry out Probate Valuations and in addition we can assist vendors with the presentation of their property for resale.
